• Familiar with all phases of construction
• Able to direct subcontractors, oversee schedule, control costs and interface with client personnel
• Willing to travel (California, Oregon, and Washington)

• Seeking a professional, dependable person to assist in this fast-pased office environment. Extensive use of Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel, preparing and logging submittals, assisting with bids, extensive phone contact, setting up and maintaining multiple filing systems for specific projects and processing RFIs. Construction experience a plus.
